What do you enjoy most about your role at TDC Life?

Being part of a talented, resourceful team.

What has been your most rewarding career experience?

The most rewarding experiences are when we are involved in the full estate plan for the clients and what part the life insurance plays. A recent design involved a young professional baseball player. The plan was designed to provide death benefit focused coverage on him and his wife for immediate income protection, permanent individual coverage on him with a supplemental retirement income component for the future, and second-to-die coverage for the benefit of his growing family with a charitable giving component. It was important to them to include a legacy gift for their church. This plan, along with their trusts and other estate planning documents, provided them with the protection they needed. This experience, any many more just like it, are very rewarding and provide a sense of satisfaction and pride.

How do you help your clients and their families Live Life?

As part of the life team, I manage the case behind the scenes from information gathering to submitting the full application package to the insurance carriers and negotiate to obtain the best possible underwriting. This ensures the client of the best possible life insurance protection to allow them the peace of mind to concentrate on their own goals of living life to the fullest.

Why is TDC Life different?

We manage and take control of the case from beginning to end, making the process as painless as possible for our clients. We work diligently to make the process and plan design as simple as possible in the client’s eyes even though it may be very complicated behind the scenes.

How do you Live Life?

I live life with my husband of 25+ years, Tim, and our son, Ben, who is 17 years old.  We are involved in the endless activities of a teenager with school and lacrosse.  I enjoy get-togethers with my family and friends along with escapes with the girls! A good book with a nice glass of wine helps to balance the busyness.
