Life Insurance Client Advisor
TDC Life is seeking a Life Insurance Client Advisor. This position reports to the Director, Life Insurance Services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with referral sources, clients, business partners and carriers
- Advise clients on insurance recommendations and planning techniques
- Educate referral sources on insurance planning and client opportunity spotting and development
- Prepare with TDC team for client meetings and follow up with appropriate team members after meeting
- Work collaboratively with TDC team in planning strategy, policy design and implementation
- Integrate insurance planning with estate and business planning working collaboratively with other professional advisors, CPA, Attorney, Investment Advisor, etc.
- Direct case through the TDC process from prospect development to underwriting to sale to inforce
- Other duties as assigned by the life insurance services team
General Support
- Update company CRM database
- Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions for improvement to workflows and procedures
- Adhere to firm’s compliance policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
