Support Administrator

Reports To:  Operations Manager

Responsibilities

New Business Team Support

  • Pull forms and assist in completion
  • Order exams
  • APS follow up
  • Delivery requirement submissions
  • Physical policy delivery
  • Informal offer submissions, follow up, create and maintain informal offer spreadsheet
  • Advanced support for remote case manager team members
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


New Business Case Management

  • Manage Lion Street Back Office cases
  • Participate in educational opportunities to grow case management knowledge


Inforce Support

  • Policy change request submissions and follow up
  • Lapse pending policy tracking
  • Additional overflow support as needed
  • Update system and files


General Support

  • Update client CRM database
  • Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions for improvement to workflows and procedures
  • Adhere to firm’s compliance policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
